First Meeting
We start with a direct consultation via email or WhatsApp. Share your ideas, designs, or brand vision and we review the best production options for your budget. Together we define minimum order quantities, pricing, and any specific requirements.
Tech Pack Design
Every production begins with a clear tech pack. If you already have one, great. If not, our team can create it for you. A tech pack ensures factories understand every detail — fabrics, components, construction — no matter the language or location.
Sample Production
Once your tech pack is confirmed, we create a first sample. This ensures you can review quality, fit and details before bulk production. Samples typically take 3–5 weeks depending on complexity.
Sample Review
You receive the sample for approval. This is your chance to check details and request adjustments. We refine until the product matches your exact specifications before moving to full production.
Bulk Production
Once your sample is approved, we move into full production. Your order is manufactured with precision and care, typically within 4–8 weeks depending on the product type and quantity.
Quality Control
Every order goes through pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection. We catch issues before they reach your customers.
Packaging & Labelling
Optional in-house finishing — hang tags, woven labels, polybags and SKU sorting so your goods land retail-ready.
Worldwide Delivery
We coordinate shipping from the factory to your warehouse, fulfilment centre or door — anywhere in the world.
